I am a registered psychologist supporting adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, overwhelm, irritability, sleep difficulties, reduced confidence, relationship pressures and life transitions.
I am especially passionate about supporting women in midlife, including those navigating perimenopause and menopause. Many women describe feeling “not quite themselves” during this stage — emotionally, cognitively, physically or in their sense of identity. I aim to provide a supportive space to help women understand what is happening, feel less alone, and reconnect with their strengths, values and sense of self.
My approach is warm, collaborative and practical. I draw on evidence-informed therapies including CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy and strengths-based approaches. What I love most about this work is helping clients make sense of their experiences, reduce distress and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and self-compassion.
