I’m a naturopath, herbalist and women’s wellness practitioner with a passion for supporting women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause using a deeply holistic approach. My work combines evidence-based nutrition, herbal medicine, bodywork and nervous system support to help women feel more energised, grounded and connected to themselves again.
I created my practice from both professional training and personal experience with natural healing, and I love helping women understand their bodies in a practical, compassionate and empowering way. My approach is warm, realistic and individualised — supporting symptoms such as fatigue, hormone imbalance, stress, sleep issues, digestion, mood changes and burnout while also helping women build long-term resilience and wellbeing.
I’m especially passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where women feel truly heard, nurtured and cared for.
