I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 15 years experience supporting Australians to improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition.
My interest in menopause nutrition developed after seeing many midlife women in my clinic struggling with weight gain, metabolic changes and symptoms that didn’t respond to traditional approaches. My passion for this work is also personal, having navigated perimenopause shortly after being postpartum as a late-in-life mum.
I have worked across private practice, media, education and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and previously taught at the University of Canberra. I enjoy staying up to date with emerging research so I can provide the most current advice.
I’m known for a compassionate, practical approach that helps women understand their changing bodies and build sustainable habits for long-term health.
