I have been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for over 25 years and have completed additional qualifications in women’s health including Grad Cert Women’s Health Medicine UNSW and a range of coaching and specialist trainer courses in Perimenopause and Menopause care. I love working with females, especially through the mid-life as I know from my own experience just how powerful exercise as medicine can be to assist in managing both symptoms and health risks. Exercise has been one of my solid “go to’s” through my own menopause experience!
