Jo is an experienced Physiotherapist that has been assisting women with their Pelvic, Musculoskeletal and Bone Health issues for over 30 years.During this time Jo has done extensive training in Women’s health Physiotherapy across the entire lifespan.
Jo has a whole person approach to helping women navigate the challenges of midlife dealing with issues such as bladder and bowel changes, prolapse, vulvovaginal pain disorders and osteoporosis .
Jo also works with Breast and Gynaecological cancer patients to assist with recovery and helping with any issues as a result of the cancer treatment.
Jo works closely with Gynaecologists, Gps and the new government funded menopause clinics to assist women with the hormonal challenges impacting on women’s wellbeing and bodily function.
Jo also passionate about educating Women about perimenopause and Menopause speaking at community events to promote the awareness of midlife health changes. Jo has also had to navigate her own peri and menopausal journey.
