Grace Barron

Grace is an Accredited Practicing Nutritionist and founder of the online nutrition clinic, Nutritional Essence. She holds a Bachelor of Public Health Nutrition and a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine with post-graduate training in reproductive health and integrative nutrition.

Originally from Cowra, NSW, Grace has a deep passion for rural and regional women’s health. Having seen firsthand how difficult it can be to access quality services outside of the city, she believes wholeheartedly that every woman deserves equal access to quality healthcare, no matter where she lives.

Grace’s approach is holistic, food-first, and firmly rooted in real life. She has a special interest in supporting clients with fat loss, hormone support, and mood support during peri and post-menopause, helping women understand what their body truly needs, rather than chasing quick fixes.
