Christina is an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Accredited Nutritionist with an innate ability to care for and support clients of all ages and backgrounds. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition & Metabolism) and a Master of Nutrition & Dietetics both from The University of Sydney. She is a current member of Dietitians Australia, Australia’s peak regulatory body for dietitian and nutrition professionals and is a Monash University Low FODMAP certified dietitian. Her compassionate and empathetic nature, together with her firm belief in the power and importance of food and good nutrition, is foundational in transforming health outcomes.
Utilising Medical Nutrition Therapy, Christina takes a client-centred approach in tailoring dietary and lifestyle modifications to improve quality of life and support positive health outcomes. Her areas of interest lie in empowering women as they navigate the menopause transition in addition to digestive and gut health, cardiovascular and metabolic health and sustainable and long term weight management.
