I’m a registered pharmacist, nutritionist, certified menopause practitioner, and mental health practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience helping women navigate the hormonal changes of midlife with confidence and evidence-based care.
My passion is supporting women through perimenopause and menopause by translating complex medical information into practical, achievable strategies. I take a holistic approach, combining nutrition, lifestyle, mental wellbeing, and, where appropriate, medication and hormone therapy education to create personalised plans that help women feel like themselves again.
I work with women experiencing symptoms such as hot flushes, poor sleep, anxiety, low mood, brain fog, weight changes, low energy, reduced libido, and genitourinary symptoms of menopause. My consultations are focused on understanding the whole person—not just their symptoms—and empowering women with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their health.
I’m also the author of the book It’s Not You, It’s Perimenopause, written to help women better understand what is happening to their bodies and provide practical, evidence-based advice throughout the menopause transition.
Alongside my clinical work, I regularly educate healthcare professionals, workplaces, and community groups on women’s health and menopause, with a mission to improve awareness, reduce stigma, and ensure every woman has access to trusted, compassionate, evidence-based support.
