Support women through natural and treatment-induced menopause to identify and address occupational disruption and its impact on daily function, participation, and quality of life. Using a client-centred approach, I consider the physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and environmental factors influencing each woman, applying the six pillars of non-pharmacological medicine (healthy eating, physical activity, mental health well-being, avoidance of risky substances, restorative sleep, social connections) to restore balance, engagement, and meaningful engagement in daily life roles.
Menopause doesn’t just affect hormones, it can impact how you live, work, and function every day. I am an AHPRA‑registered Occupational Therapist (OT) supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, post‑menopause, including medically induced menopause. I help women navigate the cognitive, physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes of midlife with practical strategies that fit their everyday life at home, at work, and beyond.
I love helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies and develop practical strategies to manage fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, mood changes, and the everyday demands of midlife. Together, we explore lifestyle factors, personal values, and routines to help you feel more in control, energised, and aligned with what matters most.
What sets me apart is my unique OT perspective, I understand how symptoms like hot flushes, memory or concentration challenges, low motivation, and energy changes can affect daily functioning. I provide a safe, supportive space to share your story, explore challenges, and create sustainable strategies for energy, movement, nutrition, and wellbeing.
Having navigated my own midlife transitions, I bring empathy and practical insight to every session. My goal is to help women regain clarity, balance, and confidence so they can thrive in all areas of life.
