Sarah identifies as a late\u2011diagnosed adult with ADHD and is a parent to neurodivergent children. This lived experience, combined with professional training, gives her deep insight into the realities faced by neurodivergent women who are intelligent, capable, and often quietly overwhelmed. She specialises in coaching women with ADHD, stress and who feel burnt out to build self\u2011leadership, emotional regulation, clarity, and sustainable performance.<\/p>\n
