I specialise in women\u2019s health and menopause care, supporting women through perimenopause and beyond with evidence-based, personalised guidance.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m passionate about helping women feel heard, informed, and empowered during a life stage that is often overlooked or misunderstood.
